SUYAI

As the creative lead of SUYAI I had the opportunity to solidify my experience in ideation, wireframing, prototyping in different fidelities, implementation planning, and Scrum/Kanban methodologies (using TRELLO) to improve production between internal and external teams.

Through journey mapping, I was able to convey a visual representation of the main information relevant to the team. Through usability testing, A/B testing, and interviews, we were able to constantly identify, discover and craft new mechanics that turn the user experience more friendly and interactive.
