As the creative lead of SUYAI I had the opportunity to solidify my experience in ideation, wireframing, prototyping in different fidelities, implementation planning, and Scrum/Kanban methodologies (using TRELLO) to improve production between internal and external teams.

Through journey mapping, I was able to convey a visual representation of the main information relevant to the team. Through usability testing, Multivariate testing, and interviews, we were able to constantly identify, discover and craft new mechanics that turn the user experience more friendly and interactive.
